Andrew Coffarelli is an Associate with Williams DeLoatche, P.C. and relocated back to Virginia Beach after completing a clerkship with the Court of Appeals of Virginia and serving as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Southside Virginia. Originally from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Andrew fell in love with the Southern pine, ocean air, and sandy beaches of Hampton Roads after training here with the Navy for a number of years and attending law school. Andrew spent nearly 12 years with the Navy Reserve as a Master-at-Arms (Military Police) including 3 tours overseas. He received his undergraduate degree in Law & Policy from Liberty University in 2019 and his law degree from Regent University School of Law in 2022. Andrew’s trial experience as a prosecutor, commitment to serve, and passion to fight for his clients has equipped him to achieve the best outcome for your case.
During law school, Andrew gained litigation experience in the Virginia Beach and Chesapeake Commonwealth’s Attorney’s offices. He gained additional experience at the Portsmouth General District Court, public interest firms, and a private practice. Andrew was selected to be in a class taught by U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito. He served as a law chaplain and participated as a student member in the James Kent American Inn of Court which he plans on rejoining as a practicing attorney after the birth of his second daughter. He practices and appears in all local state courts of Hampton Roads.
Andrew and his wife are active members of Big House Church in Virginia Beach and love exploring the beauty of the outdoors and spending time with friends and hosting or traveling to see family. They reside in Virginia Beach with their young daughter, and have another on the way. He enjoys going to the gun range, working out, and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles and Flyers.
