Williams DeLoatche, P.C. was founded in July of 2008 by attorneys T. Wayne Williams and Jonathan R. DeLoatche.

We have years of experience handling civil litigation from both the plaintiff’s and defendant’s perspectives, which gives our firm a unique set of skills to meet our clients’ needs. We specialize in personal injury law – matters involving individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability incidents, dog bites, pedestrian accidents, wrongful deaths and nursing home abuse, among others. We also handle traffic matters in all local jurisdictions. We also represent juveniles in the event of an incapacitated family member.

We Have Three Locations to Serve You

We can now serve our clients from the Blue Ridge Mountains to the Eastern Shore of Virginia. Our main office in Virginia Beach is centrally located for the convenience of our clients at 4092 Foxwood Drive. Here we serve the entire Hampton Roads area, including the cities of Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth and Suffolk as well as the Peninsula in Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg, Yorktown and all surrounding communities. We recently acquired the Mapp, Mapp & Klein law firm in Keller VA which serves as our 2nd office location. Here we represent clients from Cape Charles and surrounding areas all the way to Chincoteague, VA. We just opened a NEW office in 2022 in Roanoke, VA and we help clients in the greater Roanoke area including surrounding communities like Salem, Vinton and Hollins.
