Legal Food Frenzy 2019 is Underway: Let's End Hunger!

The Attorney General of Virginia, the Young Lawyers Division of The Virginia Bar Association, and the Federation of Virginia Food Banks invite you to participate in the 2019 Legal Food Frenzy!
This fun event provides the legal community an opportunity to compete creatively to make a huge impact in our communities by helping provide food to those struggling with hunger. To date, the Legal Food Frenzy has raised the equivalent of more than 17 million pounds of food. Help us raise even more by registering your firm, legal department, law school, or individual practice today!
The need for assistance remains high. Nearly 900,000 Virginians, including 250,000 children, are food insecure and often have to worry where their next meal will come from. Virginia’s food banks serve approximately 1 million people a year and work hard to secure the most nutritious items possible. Collectively, they distributed more than 20 million pounds of produce last year to nearly 2,000 partner agencies, and recently started a group purchase program to provide more fresh milk to families in need. They are working hard to feed the line while supporting innovative outreach programs intended to shorten the line. In order to continue and expand their work, they need your help.
